Webstore: so, what will I get?

We offer a number of solutions to get you started on the road to e-commerce. In its simplest form Webstore is a 'stand alone' system with full content and product management facilities. However if you need your site to be integrated in to your existing back office system Webstore can achieve this too. Further integration with external web services and payment gateways are also available.

Web site design consultation

Every Webstore is unique to its owner and we understand that each customer has his or her own corporate identity. When you start out as a new Webstore customer you will be offered a design consultation with the site designer who will then create your new Webstore site. You can of course go on to edit and amend this design at any time using the theme editing feature in the control panel

Graphics and Images

Each new Webstore site comes with a set of five custom images and a custom banner graphic that you can have designed specifically for your web site. We also where possible will re size additional 'web ready' images including your logo. Please note that additional graphic manipulation services that fall outside this may incur charges.

FREE online resources

Users of both systems get full access to our online stock images archive along with banners and site themes. We currently have around fifty web site themes and that number is steadily increasing. Product images are also available to registered users and our simple image import feature lets you update all your product images with a click of a mouse.

Online training and support

Our trained staff are always on hand to offer help and support. Training sessions are part of the set up process along with specialised training at a later date when you are more confident at exploring the many functions of Webstore. Some of the areas we cover with our training sessions include:

  • Webstore control panel.
  • SEO training
  • Basic HTML and CSS
  • Web master tools (Bing / Google / Yahoo)

Unlimited bandwidth / storage

All Webstore sites enjoy unlimited bandwidth so you won't get penalised for heavy usage. We don't issue a storage limit with regard to holding additional product files, images but we do ask that you keep within our guidelines.
